License
Localhoston is a paid software product developed by fromzeroagain OÜ (Estonia). Upon purchase you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the application on up to three macOS devices you own.
Lifetime License
A lifetime license entitles you to all current and future updates at no additional cost. Lifetime seats are limited in quantity. Once sold out, new users will be offered a subscription instead.
Pro Subscription
The Pro subscription is available as a monthly ($5/month) or yearly ($39/year) plan. It provides access to the Deploy feature for the duration of the subscription. If you cancel, you retain access until the end of your current billing period. After that, the Deploy feature will be disabled, but core functionality (including Share) remains available.
Refund Policy
We offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. For EU customers, this also serves as your statutory right of withdrawal under the Consumer Rights Directive. Contact us at hello@localhoston.com to request a refund.
Acceptable Use
You may not use the Share or Deploy features to distribute malicious content, conduct denial-of-service attacks, or violate any applicable laws. We reserve the right to suspend access to these features if misuse is detected.
Disclaimer
Localhoston is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We are not responsible for any data loss, deployment failures, or damages arising from the use of this software.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tallinn, Estonia. If you are an EU consumer, you retain the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence.
